Al-Mursalāt 77:48 · سُورَةُ المرسلات

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ

wa-idhā qīla lahumu ir'kaʿū lā yarkaʿūna

And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow.
