Online tafsīr, translations, and recitation come from licensed sources, shown with their citations. Deleting your cloud account never touches the notebooks on your device.

A letter from the team

We started Ayah Ink because our own muṣḥafs were overflowing: pencil fading, sticky tabs falling out, notebooks drifting away from the pages they belonged to. We wanted one desk where reading and writing stay together for a lifetime of study.

We hold this work as an amānah. The text comes from verified, licensed sources and is treated with the care it deserves. Your study belongs to you alone. And nothing in the app will ever nudge, gamify, or interrupt you for engagement’s sake. It is a desk, not a feed.
