At-Takwīr 81:20 · سُورَةُ التكوير

ذِى قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍ

dhī quwwatin ʿinda dhī l-ʿarshi makīnin

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
